Terms of service

The rules for playing our games. Please read them; by playing you agree to them. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Red Shed Studio (“we”, “us”), the name under which Nazmi İlkan Kibar, an independent developer based in Türkiye, publishes games. They cover our games Poppix Match and Shipforge: Idle RPG on Android and iOS. By downloading or playing a game you accept these terms; if you don’t, please don’t play. How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy. Questions: info@redshedstudio.com.

Who can play

Our games are made for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to play and to make purchases. Shipforge asks for your year of birth and turns some features (such as chat) off for younger players.

Your account

Shipforge creates a game account for you automatically and can link it to Google Play Games so your progress follows you to a new device. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Don’t sell, buy, share or transfer accounts. If you lose access to your device without linking your account, we may not be able to recover your progress. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account?) or by writing to us.

Virtual items and currencies

Games contain virtual items and currencies (for example coins, pearls, modules, admirals and sea creatures). We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. They are not your property, have no value outside the game and can’t be exchanged for real money, sold or moved to another account. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the game develops. Where an item is chosen at random, the odds are shown in the game.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are also governed by their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Purchased items are delivered to your account after the store confirms the payment. Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally not refundable except as required by law or by the store’s refund policy; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If something you paid for didn’t arrive, write to us with your order number.

Ads

Our games may show ads that you choose to watch for a reward. Watching them is always optional. Shipforge shows no other kind of ad.

Rules of conduct

Play fair and be respectful. In particular, don’t:

  • harass, threaten or insult other players, post hate speech, sexual content, spam or advertising, or share anyone’s personal information;
  • pretend to be someone else, including us or a moderator, or use an offensive name;
  • cheat, use bots, modified game files or third-party tools, exploit bugs, or tamper with saves or purchases;
  • interfere with our servers or other players’ games;
  • misuse the report system.

If you break these rules we may delete messages, mute you in chat, remove you from rankings, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. Our server checks saves for impossible changes and may refuse them. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we will review it.

What you post

You are responsible for the names, messages and other text you post in our games. You allow us to store, show and moderate them in the games for as long as needed to run them. We may remove anything that breaks these terms. Chat messages are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Our content

The games, including their art, sound, code and names, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Poppix Match and Shipforge are trademarks of Red Shed Studio. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes; otherwise don’t copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the games.

Changes to the games

We keep improving our games, so features, content and balance may change. Online features depend on servers and the internet and may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever stop running a game, we will announce it in advance where we can.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make our games fun and reliable, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be error-free or available, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or takes away your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your Shipforge account in the game. We may end these terms for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks them, as described in the rules of conduct.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a dispute before the courts or consumer bodies there. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved quickly.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and mention significant changes in the update notes on Google Play and the App Store. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
